This woman is an artist who will create your name out of various beachy, tropical, and California-y themed letters.

 

I edited the video for size constraints so the quality probably dropped a little as well. If it's too terrible I'll embed it from youtube.

Good afternoon, readers!
Another excerpt of photos from my California trip. These are from Day 4 at the Santa Monica Pier.
 

 

An artist was making decorative name posters so we each got one. A video in the next post shows her making this one. 

 

Route 66 - End of the Line!

 

I was hoping I wouldn't have a Big moment with this thing. 

 

Looking up Santa Monica beach from the pier.

 

One of the many buskers you can find singing for their supper. This man had a pretty diverse repertoire of music. 

 

Another busker. Her first song was "Lovesong" by the Cure.

 

A star fish touch tank at the Pier's aquarium. Rough and soft at the same time.

 A selfie wall at the aquarium. That's yours truly being petted by some random human.

We decided to eat at Bubba Gumps. These license plates are how you signal your waiter/waitress. This one tells them you don't need anything. There's also one that says "STOP FORREST STOP" and that'll make them stop at your table.

Over all a fun day in California. One of my favorites!
